CAMP UPDATE!

We want to keep you updated on Young Life’s plans for summer camp.

While we have temporarily suspended person-to-person contact in Young Life, we also know that things could look very different in a few months. We’re hoping for a camp experience this summer, and want to make you aware of our current thinking.

Our first priority this summer is your child — keeping them healthy and safe. However possible, we also want to be part of a good summer for them! As of today, we are tentatively planning on a camp trip this summer.

Our plans are contingent on state, federal, and CDC guidelines and especially focused on the following criteria:
  1. There are no large group gathering restrictions.
  2. There are no travel restrictions.
  3. We determine we can continue to meet our high standards of health and safety at camp.

Right now, we are in the process of reviewing summer camping plans. We anticipate more details in early May as we continue to monitor and respond to this situation, and we’ll continue to update you as further decisions are made and more information is available.

Thanks for your flexibility, and know that we remain committed to a summer for your child that is fun, welcoming and safe.
